Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.  Orders will then be shipped via your selected method.

Return/Refund Policy:

CDs

CDs may be returned for a credit or refund only if there is a defect in the product. If this occurs, please call 1-888-422-7288 (or 001-310-457-9171 outside the U.S.) or write to returns@opengateways.com, requesting a Return Authorization.  We will send your Return Authorization code and instructions to you, and when we receive the returned defective product we will process your credit or refund.

Downloads

Download products are non-refundable.  Defective downloads will be replaced with a new download copy of the same product. If the replacement download still does not function, we will send a CD copy of the product to you.
